Mystery Diode?

Hey all, I'm at a loss in identifying this SMD component. It's found right near a USB connection of a device I'm repairing. It's labeled as D1 unfortunately it's the only D that has 6 pads. Somehow the majority of the chip got broke off and the only identifying thing on it is a "K". The dimensions of the chip are ~2.9mm X ~1.6mm X ~.95mm and From what I can tell the center pin pointed out in the photo below is ground. If anyone can lead me in the right direction into getting this chip replaced. It'd be greatly appreciated.

That will be an ESD suppression/TVS diode marketed for USB applications. NXP, ON Semi, ST, and TI all make these and the pinouts should be compatible.

Here's a bit more info that I could figure out. These are the pin-outs from the USB to this chip.

So I found this by ON Semi, it nearly perfectly matches the one I took out.

However couldn't find any from the other manufacturers.
