NEC 1024 uPB403D

Hi,

I am repairing a unit which seems to have a non-working bit of battery backup'd CMOS RAM, its an old unit, the device is a 16pin NEC uPB403D with 1024 marked on it (attached pic)

I cant seem to find anything regarding this IC, can anyone offer any suggestions for a replacement? or a datasheet perhaps?
