Need Calibration Error Code List Fluke PM3380A Please.

Hello, I am repairing an oscilloscope fluke PM3380A. On having autocalibrated the mistake appears 111. Error Nº 111 Repeat calibration.
Can someone help me with the list of mistakes or if I repair this breakdown?.
The equipment was presenting tracks cut by dampness.
The observed failure is: The outline N º 2 this one very much down below that the brand of zero.With POS X I can raise it up to centring it but the brand rises. And the applied sign is deformed as the outline is raised on screen.The alone failure happens in digital way, in analogical it goes perfectly and in the digital channel N º 1  also it works well.

Necesitaria la definicion de codigos de error en calibracion para este osciloscopio, o para el error 111. Los fallos que presenta son no pasar el autocalibrado y solo el trazo 2 en digital aparece por debajo de la marca de cero y no hay forma coincidan. Si se sube a mano no llega a salir por arriba de la pantalla, y la marca sube con él. Aparte la señal aplicada se deforma segun subimos el trazo.

It wanted to add that I have the technical generic manual for the series PM3370A, 90A, 82A, 84A, 92A, 94A but they do not come. I have that of the PM3370A and they come but this model is not digital and there appears the number for that I look.

Tengo el manual tecnico pero no aparece la lista de errores, en otro del modelo PM3370A si aparecen pero al no ser digital, no aparece el error que busco.

Channel 4 ( trigger ) affected like 2.

Canal 4 o trigger, si se visualiza aparece la linea baja como el canal 2.

He estado buscando durante un rato y esto es todo lo que he podido encontrar (mira abajo), lo siento no encontré la respuesta.
Desafortunadamente, yo no sé nada acerca de este osciloscopio, espero que alguien pueda ayudarte.
Creo que ya tienes el manual de servicio.  ¿Verdad?

The error list does exist but was never publicly released
The official Philips / Fluke service centers all had this list but are very tight with it, although these scope are of some age now.

Carrington, esos manuales los tengo, antes de preguntar a la desesperada siempre busco todo lo que puedo para molestar lo minimo posible, pero de verdad muchisimas gracias por intentar ayudarme y tu tiempo.
Aun estoy luchando con la averia, ya no me hace mucha falta el codigo pues se que es pero no que buscar. Este equipo es muy complejo de reparar, usa unos circuitos especiales y trabaja con intensidad y apenas voltajes, es dificil hasta medir con multimetros las señales.
El problema se presenta en uno de los digitalizadores, por alguna razon tiene una señal de CC erronea inexistente. Leyendo el manual vi que por debajo de 200 ns/cuadricula usa los 2 para muestrear a 200 Mhz. Hice la prueba y efectivamente falla.
Aparte de la dificultad para medir, tengo una duda, en el capitulo 5.8-2 habla de VADCA esta señal es para poner en el centro de la pantalla el trazo cuando no hay señal, pero la comparo con el otro canal y regulan igual ( mismos margenes ) aunque en pantalla no es asi, no se si tiene un offset erroneo o la señal de GND ( GND Mark ) la que marca la posicion del trazo, es la que esta mal. Me inclino por la primera, algo distorsiona el canal 2, y afecta a los 2 canales ( 2 y 4 ) porque es comun al mismo digitalizador.
Bueno voy a seguir escudriñando señal por señal a ver si doy con la averia. Muchas gracias por todo y perdon por extenderme, la desesperacion de no poder preguntar o pedir ayuda seguramente.

Se seu osciloscópio não guarda os ajustes de calibragem está mais que explícito: O defeito é na memória! Observe se ele tem alguma bateria esgotada.

If your oscilloscope does not store the calibration settings, is more than explicit: defect in memory. Look if it has some battery exhausted. Maybe something like that NVram.

This don't looks like a memory problem?

This probably means that one trace is not at 0 without input, right
