Need help identifying strange looking device (cap, fuse??)

I thought we had a sticky thread for this but apparently not, so here's another

This board has 2 ohms across the dc bus just before the switching IC.
22VAC into some caps, common mode choke, rectifier and large filtering cap.
Hanging off the positive side of the cap with the other side heading off back down to the common mode choke area is this device.

Any ideas?

There is a thread over in General Chat. I’ve seen these before and assumed they were some sort of transient protective devices?

That was quick.
It's a Bourns MF-SM Series PTC resettable 0.3A Fuse (030 = 0.3) B is the Bourns logo and H5 is the date code
