It's a SOP-8 PWM controller.
Its surface is a bit erased, I can read:

SC621
SK30

or something like this.
Any suggestions?

Wait,
the motherboard is Sanken branded! (it's the official power supply of a Sony TV/Monitor).
Maybe this PWM controller is used on power supply, too  ???

I cannot find its datasheet, neither on official website (Sanken SC6210).
Just tried on jotrin, but after login it redirects on sanken website and nothing...

Any help would be appreciated.

Reverse-engineer the schematic a little bit and find its pinout. It might be FAN6210, A6210, or some similar rebranded IC.

It might also be SSC6210:

which could be related to SSC620D series: http://www.datasheet4u.com/download_new.php?id=822986

Reversed a bit the schematic, it's different from all of them.

Here the pinout:

1  Vcc
2  Feedback
3  GND
4  maybe Over Temperature Protection (*)
5  Startup voltage
6  NC
7  Gate Output
8  100R to GND and a capacitor to GND

(*) there is a path to a grey SMD component, with TH2 label, near the switching Mosfet. I measured 560R across it.

It seems there is not a Current Sense function, as the Source is at GND.
