mfd stand for micro farad in the time it was produced, you must mean EX: c115 is a 1000ufd 35v capacitor
Do you know the size for an 0.1 farad or 1000 mili farad capacitor at 35v
?? it would be around 5 inches diam by 11 inches long canister lolll

some surface mount resistors have this coding too, 102 would be an 1k resistor, 101 would be 100 ohms, 103 would be 10k ohms
Where i work, we have 470 for an 47 ohm and or the same part is written 47 with an other distributor
and now we have other numbers for the same part
