Need Schematic or SM for Anritsu Ms611A

Hi all,
I buy Anritsu Spectrum Analyzer Ms611A from ebay/UK and need schematic or SM for it.
It work, but maybe have some problems in the power supply (the power rails not the exact value I think) and I try to find some info before to start to repair.
Something else, it have NiMH battery in the CPU pcb. I don't know it is used to store only the saved settings in RAM memory or calibration info. Please if someone know this to share with me. If it keep calibration info I will prefer to exchange it with new one.
