Nicolet integra 60

Hello all,

I bought a Nicolet integra 60 with some problems.
The first problem was that the oscilloscope would't start up.
I fixed it with a new memory battery, and replaced the circuit that switched from back up battery to powersupply (it was damaged by the old leaking battery)

The next problem is that only 1 of the four channels displays the correct amplitude. The other 3 channels show a signal but the amplitude is far too weak.

My question:

Does anybody have a manual, or even better a service manual?

It's been a while and i made little progress unfortunately.
I found the manual, but still no service manual 

if anyone could help me find the datasheet of the following chip:

The text on the chip is SSSB157 9652
