Old RCA transistor house number

I'm replacing some 2n2207 germanium transistors in a piece of antique gear and I ended up with some house numbered RCA transistors.

I can't find these numbers anywhere.  I've put them on a curve tracer and they look good, but it would be nice to see RCA's specs on them. 

Does anyone have a clue on what these are or how to interpret the numbers?  Sometimes there was an implied prefix, but I'm drawing a blank on this one.

Across the top is  7 0132 00
Across the bottom is 7451

The RCA logo on them is consistent with mid sixties or later.

The three set of numbers looks vaguely Tektronix (or GM).

Where do the 2N2207's come in?
Are you hoping to replace them with the unknown ones?
Or vice versa?

I'm working on an antique Tek 321a and most of the transistors are Tek lableled 2n2207s.  Neither the Tek nor the 2n2207 transistors are easily available, so I'm looking for replacements.  These were billed as 2n2207 replacements and I have some GT321Vs coming from Latvia as well.

Turns out there's no urgency on this.  The scope initially wouldn't deflect below the crt centerline, but after replacing a bunch of failed electrolytics, it came back to life.

Still would be nice to identify the RCA reference.
