Philips airfloss transistor identification
« on: June 09, 2018, 07:48:53 pm »
Could someone help me identify this transistor that had the encapsulation broken?. It is not possible to see the transistor code as per the attached images.

This pcb board belongs to philips airfloss. With the breaking of this transistor the mechanism of firing of the jet of air and water is not working, I believe that this transistor is the responsible that drive of the small electric motor in the top.

Hi, do you still need the information? I have nearly the same problem but maybe access to a second airfloss - or did you find out which type it is?

EDIT: Checked the 2nd one, thats it - smoking little bastard: DMG6968U-7 Mosfet N-ch 20V 6.5A SOT-23

Question is - why did it blew up? Hmpf.

Regards, Klaus.
