Philips/Fluke PM95

Hello everybody !
I´m new here at the forum but i have followed the youtubechannel for several years.
I am good at repairs of all kind of electronics but now i seem to have moved into the dark.
I have got a Philips/Fluke PM95 scope/meter with a display that won´t come on.
It draws about 300 mA when i push on but the display does not react at all.
Anybody with similar experience ?
