« on: December 15, 2018, 09:32:07 pm »
Hello, please can anyone help to identify some burned circuit part in sсheme on F103CBT6?

Board from electrical scooter ninebot was probably damaged due water short circuit in the connection between board and wheel, current state of board blinking red diode.

Photo of burned part of a board, sot23 marking A7I - probably bav99, other sod123 marking 3Mᶸ some zener diode?

Looks like a bipolar or mosfet with something else.  Trace the connections to the micro linked above and see if there are any clues.
