Please identify SOT23-3 marked ESBR

I cannot find any info about this component. Please help
Connected as follows
Pin 1 - Pic16f818  RA2/AN2/VREF
Pin 2 - GND/VSS
Pin3 -  Pic16f818  RA3/AN3/VREF+ and A77260 accelerometer VDD and /SLEEP  and Cap to GND
Does not seem to be a regulator or a voltage reference, perhaps a switch or mosfet. This device is powered by a CR2032 and it is very low power.
