Programming and service manual for Alcatel Office 4200E PBX

Hello everyone,

We have an Alcatel Office 4200E PBX that has been working fine for some years but last week it started with some weird behavior. First the OGM sounded all messed and yesterday it stopped working. After some effort we managed to bring it back to life but it lost all programming (although the backup battery is ok) and some it is unstable.

I am figuring out that there may be a power supply problem as when I plug all cards in the unit fails to boot but with one of the cards out it works.

I would like to have the service manual in hand before touching it so that I can proceed properly.

Any comment is greatly appreciated and if someone can lead me to the programming and service manual of the unit that will be great.

Pull power supply and check the DC DC converter on it, there should be a whole load of rather sick electrolytic capacitors on it.  Likely the 5V rail is failing.
