QUAD 4C Pick and Place HHT

I have two QUAD machines, (DOS Controller) and cannot get the hand held to move the head on either machine.
It will home the machine, and I can read/modify MOD codes.

Is there a special sequence to key in for this?

I have the sequence.
Push "Pickup", "any number", "enter"

Then use arrow keys.  Add Ctrl for fast, Shift for medium speed.
