R4131 Advantest SPU failure

After exchanging all electrolytic caps inside the SPU without getting it back to work I finally gave up.
This is just a standard SPU with 5V +/-15V and +12V
I have replaced it with a standard Meanwell SPU with 5V and +/15V  and another small Meanwell with 12V
Both fit perfectly on top of the chassis. I would be more than happy to give more detils about types of SPU and some pictures.
