Razer Mako schematics

I'm trying to troubleshoot a Razer Mako speaker system. I've localized the (or at least one of the...) problem to the power supply. It has two separate switched power supplies for different rails and one of them is based on the 3845B current mode controller IC. This IC doesn't get any Vcc, but I can't figure out where that Vcc is supposed to come from. It's a multilayer board, which doesn't make it any easier.

I asked Razer for a schematic, but no go. I've searched the interwebs, found nothing. Does anyone here have them, or have an idea where to find them?
