Link to my manuals folder on my Google Drive:

Things of note, a user manual for the Wavetek 114/114B Function Generator, and Hitachi V-650F Oscilloscope which was unavailable online. I have since updated it for easier viewing, and uploaded it to BAMA and KO4BB.

tautech, could you add RGB's link he posted in this thread?

https://www.eevblog.com/forum/repair/service-manuals-49295/

The link in question is:

http://www.schematicsunlimited.com/a

Looks nice even if I didn't download anything from it yet.

Of course, that's exactly what this thread's for.

EEVblog members,
Not wishing to dismiss the credit due to those that have contributed to this thread, should I edit the OP and add all worthy links to the first post?
What is an appropriate order/method?  :-//

Sure this is only a short thread thus far but I'd hope on my demise that another member that has posted on the first page continue to condense the list of links.
(got a good few years yet to torment you all.  ;) )

Thanks to RGB & miguelvp we have another great source of free manuals^^^^^^^ :-+

I'm sure quite a lot of people know about this website, but there is also a DL link at the bottom of the page I linked to that has a HUGE 343 page list of Tektronix part numbers and equivalent parts.  I figured I'd post it here in case some don't know about it.

" ...semiconductor design data catalog from Tek, which covers 151, 152, 153, 155, 156 and 160 parts, plus lamps and other goodies. "

In digging up datasheets for obsolete semiconductors, I came across a big stash of scanned and OCRed databooks on the Internet Archive in this collection.

Just found this site. The most interesting thing on there to me is the SMD identification by the markings.

This one is very interesting. It has the internal workings of some of their older custom integrated circuits!

http://artekmanuals.com/ has very reasonably priced high quality scans of obsolete test equipment.

It claims "Over 100,000 PDF manuals sold world-wide since 2001", and (after buying them for a Tek492 SA) I see no reason to doubt it.
There are lies, damned lies, statistics - and ADC/DAC specs.
Glider pilot's aphorism: "there is no substitute for span". Retort: "There is a substitute: skill+imagination. But you can buy span".
