Repair Minato 1863 Eprom programmer schematics

Hi

I got a Minato 1863 eprom programmer that have serios problem with the keyboard.

Does anyone have service manual and schematics for this euipment. As I  want to program some old TMS2532 with 25 Volt needs. I have not so many choices. Minato company does not have it.

The foil keyboard has probably worn out or got corroded inside. No need for schematics to check that and if it's gone and you really still want to use the device replace it with a switch matrix.
