CRT Television no channels or snow

Dear all,

My LG flatron 21" CRT television is only showing menu(OSD) on the screen as showing in an attached picture. All ABL side components are ok. Tuner 5 V and 33 V are ok. Two transistors around jungle IC are ok. CVBS pin of the jungle IC has signal like a noise. Is it normal? Few days ago, I have replaced the flyback and HOUT after 7 years. This was sitting about 7 years in a room. Can I solve this?

Are there still analogue TV broadcasts where you are? If there is only DTV left on air it would be normal to see snow, even in a warm place...

I am from Sri Lanka. Here, we still use analog broadcasting.
