I've found a fix for an interesting "dancing waves" effect on a Tek 7623 scope, and repaired grossly decompensated 7A18 plugins:

Man, I got to get me a way to measure D...all the cool kids are doing it.

My ESR meter just isn't making me feel up to snuff any more.

That is a nice job.  I have never run across the static charge affecting deflection problem.
