If it is a single phase cage anchor motor (semi-synchronous) like used in fans and other appliances, you can reverse the movement by turning the stator upside-down.
That is: disassemble the motor by removing the bearingplates. Take the coil with laminated iron and turn it around, so the thick copper loops that are on one side of the core next to the rotor get to the other side. So flip it, and don't turn, as the coil needs to stay in place, only upside-down. Then re-assemble and it will turn the other way.
