replace Xilinx Spartan-6 for repair Rigol DS2000A series

Hi. Maybe someone knows whether you can safely replace the Xilinx Spartan-6 for the same? Is there a downloadable command sequences bind to the ID of Spartan-6 core? Sorry for my bad English and thanks for all answers.
