Accidently applied 24V to the output of my Rigol DG4102.
“OverLoad protect, The output is off!” appeared. I disconnected everything, powered cycled the unit but the output system is damaged. Output is about at 80% level and weird offset voltage on output.
Looked at the rear side of PCB and measured all the resistors between channel 1 and 2 but cannot determine which component is bad. All components physically look okay.
Any advise?

1. Try warranty first
2. If Warranty is not covered or the shipping is to expensive and you want to repair your own:
-Check the signal path backward, find where the signal start to distort
-Probably the diode limiting protection is damage and shorted.

Okay, problem fixed. Channel 2 working again.
Found a burnt out resistor, 31.4 ohm see image.
Replaced with 51 & 82 ohm 0602 resistor - 31.4 ohm
