HP ZR24W on power-up shows test colors, flickers and turns off

Hi,
my HP ZR24W monitor hes this problem:
After I turn it on it shows test colors for a moment and then starts flickering and turns off. I think it burned my graphic card. :(
Any ideas? Please help.
