blue yeti usb microphone not being recognized by computer and the power light di

Hello all, I have a blue yeti mini usb microphone, it has dual board, one digital board and one analog, I am trying to troubleshoot why it is not being recognized and the light super dim. But keep getting stumped I tried switching cables, tried three different computers,tried wiggling the cable around where it plugs in, then I cracked it open. I'm getting good continuity

(at least I think, the blue company is very secretive about their designs so I'm just going by the status quo of the board and they all seem to match, there's not one lower than the others, minus the paths that move information instead of voltage) and I'm getting 5 volts into the board. So any help would be much appreciated.
