Satlook buzzing no display

Hi , I have a satlook perfect 10 which is similar to the mark 3 and when i plug it in, it is making a loud buzzing sound and no picture. I tried it on battery only and the same thing happens.
Please let me know if anyone has any ideas on what the problem might be

Probably the flyback circuit for that CRT.

Quick update
I checked all components in the flyback circuit as well
As on the main power supply and all appear to be OK

I noticed though that if I power up the unit on battery only,
The display comes on with the buzzing sound still on

Anyone else have any other ideas of where I should look
