Searching for 1/4 TRS Jack (image included)

Hi,

I have to repair a audio system, that has a damaged 1/4 Jack. I'm searching for the manufacturer of following parts:


Can anyone help me, finding these parts (eg Mouser, Digikey,...)

Is there a logo to be found on the part somewhere?  If so please post a photo of it.

There is no information on the part itself.
The only thing that helps by identifying the part is that red plastic inlet.
