Schematics Unlimited is a decent site and has been on the wiki for over 3 years, they have plenty of manuals there.  My go-to site is usually KO4BB.com, and I see they also have service manuals for the HP8657B.

There is also http://www.manualslib.com/ (which is NOT in the wiki, I'll put it there).

Probably someone put them up recently.

I have a list of manuals that I want to find, and occasionally I go back to all the sites in the wiki to check, and I will sometimes find one when I could not before.

I have an old NAD 7100 stereo receiver. It wasn't the most expensive gear at the time but it wasn't cheap. With good speakers, it still sounds amazing.
