SMD Regulator part number
« on: June 20, 2017, 12:47:43 pm »
Hi,
I've been given a PCB to repair that has been subjected to physical damage. One of the parts I need to replace, which I suspect is a voltage regulator has the marking SQ3GE. It's a SOT23-5 device, but endless interweb searching doesn't turn anything up. Does anyone happen to know what this part is?

Do you know the output voltage?
R1122N341B has SQxx marking code.

There is also NCP346SN1 with marking code SQZxx.

Unfortunately not. I think it was probably 3.3V, but the main (only) IC has it's number filed off, so it's not that easy to say.
