Tektronix 465b repair

Hi there,

No input given with probes yield no change. Any help would be greatly appreciated. :)

I'd start with checking all power supply rails for proper voltages and ripple levels.  Bad filter caps can cause all sorts of off-the-wall looking problems.

If it jams, force it.  If it breaks, you needed a new one anyway...
