tektronix oscilloscope MSO2024 firmware update crashed

Hi,
 I have a tektronix oscilloscope MSO2024. I did the firmware update and it crashed, I have a white screen. I was advised to reinject the firmware.img file with a JTAG adapter. I have two JTAG adapter:
Altera USB blaster (Chinese)
 Olimex ARM-USB-TINY-H
 Can I use one of 2 JTAG adapters?
 How do I proceed?
