Hi, I could not look for IC /SOT-23-5?/ in switching supply.
The SMD mark code is 17 5T 53 or C9, but I think that is not
LDO? The chip controlls optocupler in feedback, thanks for any
idea David

Pinout would be helpful, but probably a TL431.
