Veeco (Optys) Power Supply Schematics

Hi all,

I'm looking for the schematics for the Veeco 1508 and 2508 power supplies seen here: https://cdn.thomasnet.com/ccp/10042519/69935.pdf

I've attached a couple of pictures of internal boards which appear to be manufactured by Optys (which I think is no longer in business.) If anyone knows where I can obtain schematics, I would very much appreciate it.
