What is this SMD component?

Can someone identify this component? It looks like a plain and simple diode but i can't find anything specific.

Looks like a tantalum cap at first glance, have not googled part numbers.

It's not a diode.
It is definitely a 33uF 20V tantalum capacitor.

I think it looks like Niobium electrolytic capacitor. This type of capacitor having high capacitance values.
