yihua 992d+ soldering station hot air problem

Today I have noticed that my yihua 992D+ soldering station hot air not working. It start and blow but no hot air.
I have a spare gun so I changed it and tested but it is the same no hot air. On screen I get error F-1.
Have anyone any idea what can be wrong??

start with optocoupler and go from there

I have changed optocoupler and transistor and thyristor, but still the same.

I didnt mean blindly swap parts  :palm: , diagnose
is optocoupler getting any signal at all?

In your second photo to the left of the blue 102 trimpot there looks like some dodgy soldering. Looks like some solder bridges which may be causing your issue? Either way that needs tidying up.

The PCB appears to be peppered with bad solder joints.  For example, all four joints around the vertical 1N4007 legend look to be dry:

Good pick up.

There are more what look to be dry joints bottom left of the photo. It’s wonder this ever worked in the first place.  :-//

Yes this worked more than 2 Years and I have already cleaned that. There should be 0 Ohm resistor but they just shorted that two points.
After all testing and trying to repair I will send PCB back to company in china to repair it and they will send it back.
