24V DALI radio module

Hello,
Does anybody have a datasheet for any 24V fed DALI radio module, which receives DALI
   commands via the mobile telephone network and then DALI dims a DALI dimming
bus, so that a lamp connected to that DALI dimming bus can be dimmed.

I think theyre about 10.5W  max power. And they are European Mains input.

Probably he wants a DALI Gateway, that can be a DALI protocol to GSM, 3G, GPRS, RF ISM band or WIFI, or bluetooth or all of them Gateway/translator.
