My first multimeter was Fluke 101 basic multimeter https://bestmultimeterreviews.org/fluke-101-review/. Still, love that meter. If you buy a quality multimeter like fluke brand then it will serve you more than 5+ years.

I would add   Metrawatt Multimeters   to the list  (expensive, but recommendable)

Don´t want to be biased, I love my 2 old Metrawatt pieces of perfection, but this video surprised me alot. The UNIT UT136C+ under test seems to be a useful and CHEAP multimeter  :-DMM. Cannot believe it!  :o
