any good provider for PCB and board fabrication?

I have always used Oshpark to print PCBs for my projects and I really like the quality of the PCBs. However, they don't do board assembly. I currently have a project that I need to make about 200+ boards. So I'm looking for a provider who make quality PCBs like Oshpark with affordable price, and at the same time handle the board assembly. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I can recommend elecrow. I've only used them once for assembly but the quality was excellent. I've also used them many times for PCBs only and never had a problem.

Thanks for suggesting. I just looked them up. They have very good reviews for the PCB.

I've used these guys; http://www.smart-prototyping.com for proto board fabrication and have had good results.  They also do PCB assembly.
