Best super cheap thermal controller 2017? For solder iron/general use

Are these usable to temperature control a home made desoldering device? I'm hoping their relays can switch a ~100W 230V load. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/DC24V-30-999-Digital-High-Temperature-Control-Switch-Thermostat-K-Thermocouple-/262455357825

In the sub-$30 segment of cheap chinese temp controller boards, what would you guys recommend in this day? The cheaper the better, my time isn't worth much at the moment unfortunately.
