So what if the parts are refurbished? As long as the manufacturer can give me full guarantee time span and the part has same or better specs as the original broken part had.

The customer saves time and the company saves money, which helps them to sell cheaper products in the long run, thus the customer will also save money in the long run. Nothing wrong with that.

Less waste = more savings for everyone!
