« on: October 16, 2015, 08:20:43 pm »
Hi
I have the possibility to buy the Goot TP-100 or most expensive (+100U$S) Denon Sc7000z .
It is for use occasional, which recommend?

I have the SC7000 and love it, but then I've never tried the TP-100 so don't have an opinion on that (or how it compares).

Perhaps it might be useful to see what spares are available (and how much they cost). You'll need to replace the filters and different nozzle diameters are useful, so a great tool which is also cheap may not be the best buy if you can't afford (or can't get) consumables for it.

Thanks for the advice, I'll ask for parts as you say, but import in Argentina this complicated for now, very little is achieved
In occasional use, How long resists a filter?

I can't honestly say: depends on many factors, such as how much solder there is, what solder it is, how hot the gun is, etc. I wouldn't expect to need a new one for quite a while, though.

Thanks  :-+, someone has to give me your opinion of Goot ?, I think I will buy TP-100  because it is the only  with guarantee you get with the seller and import is impossible now
