eGPU - Mini-PCIe or ExpressCard

Hi,

after read about a external graphic card for laptop in a recent HaD post (http://hackaday.com/2015/03/26/a-laptop-with-an-external-graphics-card/), I found a new usage for my old laptop 

Googling around I found this product: http://www.aliexpress.com/item/EXP-GDC-Laptop-External-External-PCI-E-graphics-card-BEAST-Mini-PCI-E-Set/32224849158.html and comes with Mini-PCIe or ExpressCard connector.

My question is, which one of those should I get for a better performance? My laptop have both PCIe and ExpressCard.
