Hi,
I have a HANTEK DSO-8060, with a driver properly installed on W10-64 Pro.
The Hantek is recognized by Windows when it is connected via USB, and a right click on the device from the Device Manager says that " the device runs correctly ".
The problem comes from the Hantek PC software: when I start the Hantek PC software, I do not see the screen of my scope on my PC. The image on the PC remains empty:
So I cannot capture on my PC any screen coming from my DSO : what can I do ?
