hot air station specific for repairing cellphones and tablets

I was thinking to get a decent hot air station for tablet/smartphone (but not limited to) repair.

Problem is, i need it to:
1. solder and de/solder stuff
2. removing glued components such as the screen
3. for my electronics projects and stuff.
4. Optional ESD-safe,since I'm going to handle quite sensitive parts, and frankly I cannot risk to break customer's phones because of elecrostatic charges.

And I don't have any idea if getting a cheap station may be worth it or not. What product should I get?

Apparently this station is the best you can get in the market...Also the teardown is surprigingly good. The only complain I have is that the station does not have an IEC compalint socket, but who cares at this point...
