IKEA Solbana Powerbank Teardown

Stumbled upon some new products at IKEA this week, one of them is a power bank which looks and feels quite sturdy.

Here are the specs on the package:

Battery: Li-Polymer, 3.7V, 37Wh, 10'000mAh
Input: 5V @ 2A
Output: 5V @ 2A
Price: ~20USD here in Switzerland.

Here's whats inside:

Casing: Polycarbonate, overmolded
Battery: Pow-Tech (Manufacturer), PT925675 (Model), 2x 5000mAh, FCC Info: https://fccid.io/UL/SHENZHEN-POW-TECH-NEW-POWER-CO-LTD
MCU: Holtek HT46R003B, Datasheet: http://www.holtek.com.tw/documents/10179/11842/HT46R003Bv100.pdf
Power Management (?): AXV5TE, weird QFN package, could not find any info, hints appreciated
Protection: NTC mounted on the side of battery with yellow tape.
Caps: Aishi, 25V, 47uF
Other: SOT23-3 package with marking "J3", SOT23-6 package with marking "P203 / 1509", Silicon gunk to hold battery in place.

Instructions how to open:

1. Use a spudger and butter knife to remove back plate
2. Use a spudger and butter knife to remove front plate
3. Use spudger to break the overmolding on the sides (slide along the edges)
4. Use butter knife on the edges to pry it open
