Well, you may be lucky. That dream catcher is based on Armbian, which is not as big as a full Ubuntu distro, but still a very wide one
Thanks to the SD storage, which is plenty full, so they do not need to be skimpy on the included drivers.
So there is a reasonably chance that Armbian already has the correct kernel module, and there is also a reasonable chance that Dreamcatcher only added some stuff that they needed when they customized the image, and they did not remove anything, so the module is still there.
Plug in the USB-ETH, and see if you get an extra interface with command ifconfig
If not, plug in the USB-ETH, and do command dmesg. Or command lsusb
and report the results back, it should hold the exact ID's for your USB-ETH, and then we can look what module it actually needs.
