I don't know how new this price is, but I bumped into this yesterday: a MX-5210 at $565.15 at TestEquipmentDepot

A lot of their Metcal are (and have been) 5% off, but this one is 20% off. No explanation. It turns out the MX-5210 is the entry-level of the MX-5200 series, so it's perfect. That puts it on the same price level as the lower-specced MX-500S.

I found there is kinda ok prices for these at no.farnell also, but if one would buy the psu (for 230volt), what would one save on getting the accessories other places?
