Need FE-5680A CPLD dump in jedec format

I recently purchased one of these FE-5680B units from *bay seller fluke.l. The first unit wouldn't lock so he kindly sent me another unit which I have subsequently modified to output 10MHz

A time-nut member has managed to dump the firmware for the various programmable devices in the FE-5680A. Unfortunately they are .bin and .hex files.

I've managed to download the contents of the CPLD (XL9572XL) but it is jedec format (.jed) and from what I've been able to read, conversion between the two requires device specific info that is either not available or hard to find.

Anybody able to dump the CPLD's innards in jed file format for comparison in a FE-5860A?

I used Xilinx's impact and a clone "Platform Cable USB" dongle. The JTAG connections can be found in this schematic on the 15 pin header here
