Need help choosing a camera for a trinocular stereo microscope.

I have a Amscope Stereo microsope coming in the mail, Model SM-4T.  I would like to get a decent camera for it.  I have looked and read evrything I can find onliine, but having never used one before, I still am at a loss of which one to get.  I want to keep the price below $200 US. 
There are so many choices out there, but it seems all they provide is specs and I have no feel as to what would fit my desires.  I would like to  be able to record at a good resolution and 30fps, and still have reasonable resolution still imaging.

Anyone with cameras that can give me some pointers?
